English as a Second Language (ESL)

English as a Second Language (ESL) supports new Canadians and international students in developing the necessary English skills to transition into regular programming as soon as possible. We are proud to support the diverse nature of our students and we offer quality programming to accomodate our students. Some of the services available are:

• Assistance with assessment and placement
• Translators for parent/guardian contact throughout the year
• Cross-cultural bridging and settlement services for immigrant and refugee students and their families provided by community
• Literacy programming for students with limited education in their native country
