Individual Support Program (ISP)

Our Individual Support Program (ISP) is designed for students with profound to severe physical and developmental delays. 

The program provides a structured rouine based environment where students focus on developing functional skills in areas such as communication, social interaction, self-regulation, and emergent literacy and numeracy. With support from the teacher and educational assistants, students work towards achieving developmental goals.

  1. Cognitive Goals: understanding cause and effect, increased visual, auditory and speaking abilities, and self-regulation
  2. Motor Goals: working towards developing and refining their gross and fine motor skills
  3. Communication Goals: developing literacy and numeracy, choice making skills and interpersonal skills
  4. Social Goals: increased awareness of their environment and their ability to interact with the world through social outings and involvement in the school community.
