Yoga 15-25-35 (5 credits each)

This course offers students the opportunity to study yoga in a focused setting.  It introduces safe, basic postures (asanas), breathing techniques and relaxation methods of yoga.  It also introduces the historical roots of yoga and provides an understanding of anatomy and physiology as it applies to this discipline.
