Pre-requisite: Physical Education 10

The aim of this course is to promote and encourage life-long participation in physical activity. Students will continue to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. A variety of sport and recreational activities include aquatics, curling, snorkeling, archery, and more.

 

Physical Education 20-30 Fitness

Pre-requisite: Physical Education 10

As an alternative to the Physical Education 10-20-30 course sequence, this class focuses on fitness, particularly the development of aerobic and muscular fitness. Students engage in strength and conditioning activities such as running, weightlifting, stretching, plyometrics, yoga, and more. It is important to note that the cr3edits earned are for Physical Education 20-30.
